Pinot Noir
100% hand-harvested organic Pinot Noir grapes from Burgenland, Austria.
Vineyards owned by Julius Hafner. Vines planted in the mid-90s in Mönchhof on the east coast of lake neusiedl and have been registered organic since 2007.
Vinification:
Grapes were transported cold, direct from harvest, for vinification in Fiskars Village, Finland. Maceration for 18 days in stainless steel before pressing and returning to tank. Native ferment. A small amount of so2 added pre-bottling
Unfined, unfiltered, suitable for vegans.

Tasting notes:
Crushed forest strawberry, slightly earthy and some tangy acidity. Oily spruce, light bodied and medium tannin.
