Nénu is the estate created in 2017 by Rasmus Aamand Olesen. Four hectares of vines between Collioure and Banyuls. The wines have a real personality. Mediterranean and deep, they are also balanced and have a delicate mouthfeel.
Pink oceans on a mountain top 2021 is a blend of Carignan noir (70%) and Grenache noir (30%) planted on Collioure and Banyuls terroirs. After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrel for one year. Unfined and unfiltered, only lightly sulfited (45 mg/liter total SO2).
