Our favourite aperitif when we are out for diner is Vermouth. And now, finally, we have a beautiful naturally made one in our webshop….🤩
Tanja and Philippe Grandbois met in the vineyards of the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. Tanja (German) is an experienced chef, marketer and wine expert. Philippe (Canadian) is an accomplished restaurateur, sommelier, bartender and also an excellent marketer of liquids.
The Wiesgraben Vermouth 💐
Riesling Vermouth Fermented and matured in ex-Pinot Noir barrels with botanicals from the region.
A collaboration for Terroir Vermouth. The botanicals (except for the lemon peel) were all grown and harvested in Germany. They took their time with this product and let it mature for a year in small ex-pinot noir barrels before bottling it. A truly unique product. True terroir and the best aperitif you can imagine…cheers 😎
