Poggio Bbaranèllo are "wine growers against the wind". As the making of natural wine should be. Doing things differently. Better.
A young, eco-friendly, family-run winery, all made up of women, located in northern Lazio, in Montefiascone, at an altitude of 436 metres is where this beauty was made. This one is a Col Fondo (Italian name for petnat) and made by the Ancestral method from Trebbiano grapes, bottled by hand when the must is still fermenting, the wine takes on foam and remains on its lees for at least six months in the bottle. Unfiltered and unclarified wine.

It's like combining a jazzy friday night with a coupe of fancy champagne! You can pair it with anything from gourmet burgers to pasta with prosciutto, peas and cream, to fish, to spicy Asian cuisine. A truely multi-faceted wine. To fully understand you'll have to try it ;)
Green Stripes edition? For an exclusive and limited amount of this lovely PETNAT, Poggio Bbaranèllo added some green stripes in celebration of our long lasting cooperation. A touch of NWWS, for a even more unique look. How cool would this look on your apero table?
