This wine is made from roscetto grapes, harvested in the early hours of the morning, brought to the winery before lunch to allow the product to be as intact as possible. Only 4 quintals of grapes were harvested from this wine, a true gem of our territory.
Rm macerates on the with 30% of its own skins for 10 days. It then ages for 11 months in steel. They are the only reality in their territory to vinify it pure and macerated. A very low production for what is their Cru.
Unfiltered and unclarified wine. It has a natural sediment, we recommend storing the bottle vertically. The wine has 13% alcohol.
