Yeahhhh, here we go! Finally! The SIXTH SELECTORS has arrived. The concept remains the same: we select some fine wines for you. And as per usual you get a little discount on the single bottle price. Very nice, eh?
And we've got some real beauty's lined up for you! So without further ado, here are this month's suspects:
- Noita Riesling: Grapes were transported cold, direct from harvest, for vinification in Fiskars Village, Finland. 36 hours of cool skin maceration before pressing to stainless steel. Native ferment. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
- Lammidia Flamingo: Lammidia Flamingo Field Blend 2020 is a natural wine from Abruzzo, Central Italy, made from a blend of 10 different grape varietals farmed sustainably. Native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, no added sulfites. Uva e basta! (which means 100% grape)
-
Poggio Bbaranèllo - AT - Bianco Lazio IGT - Anfora: Macerates with 30% of its own skins for 10 days. It then ages for 11 months in steel. They are the only reality in their territory to vinify it pure and macerated. A very low production for what is their Cru.
We truely hope you'll enjoy! Please let uw know what you think.
