Rollin' out our next beauty. Ahh yeah! The NINTH SELECTORS has arrived. The concept remains the same: we select some fine wines for you. And as per usual you get a little discount on the single bottle price. Very nice, eh?

And we've got some real beauty's lined up for you! So without further ado, here are this month's suspects:
  • Sassara - Vin De Famea. Vini Sassara is a project from longtime natural winemakers Alessia and Stefano Bertaiola, situated just outside Verona in the Morainic Hills near Lake Garda. Together they farm a 10-hectare site that has been in Stefano’s family for 50 years. This is Bardolino country, a DOC in the Veneto region most famous for its Valpolicella-style light reds and rosé wines, but Alessia and Stefano have instead set out to show what the indigenous grapes and terroir are capable of when allowed to express themselves naturally.

  • Eric Kamm’s Kamme Hamme Haaaa - Rosé. This wine is difficult to find. A diverse array of wines are made by Eric Kamm including those from grapes Riesling, Rare White Blend, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer. This Pet Nat rosé is made with a blend of Pinot gris, auxerrois and Pinot noir. This wine from Alsace is just incredible. Such a gentle taste palette with different flavours of Apples and rhubarb. This one will rock your taste buds like a hurricane. Perfect thirst-quencher that you have to try out! I’m also in love with the funky Japanese dragonball label.

  • Noita - Pinot Noir. 100% hand-harvested organic Pinot Noir grapes from Burgenland, Austria. Vineyards owned by Julius Hafner. Vines planted in the mid-90s in Mönchhof on the east coast of lake neusiedl and have been registered organic since 2007.
