And we've got some real beauty's lined up for you! So without further ado, here are this month's suspects:
- Christoph Hoch – Orange Rurale. The new addition to Hoch‘s Pet Nat line is ‘Orange Rurale‘. The sparkling wine is fresh and light with floral notes of jasmine and elderflower. Aromas of peach and green apple on the palate. What a great summer treat!

Grandbois - Heart Pinot Noir. This Petnat Pinot Noir is made according to a simple philosophy. To capture the vintage and the fruit aromas as well as possible. With a little residual sweetness. This Petnat is first fermented in stainless steel vats, then bottled for a second fermentation. When the perfect amount of residual sugar remains, the Petnat is placed in a cold room to stop fermentation. It is then disgorged and voilà!

André Kleinknecht - La Bulle À Jules. This Pet Nat is fragrant, very much a wine you see coming. It's perfectly dry, which can sometimes be an issue with Pet Nat. A true fun wine, as it always should be. Well suited for heat waves!
