New in our webshop: the delicious wines of Il Farneto from Italy, high in the hills of Emilia-Romagna. Established in the 90's with the aim of bringing back natural agriculture in this area. Biodynamic agriculture with a closed ecosystem, the future!
Winemaking: Biodynamic Malvasia grapes were harvested by hand. 1 week maceration in a combination concrete tanks and acacia barrels. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. No filtration or fining and just a touch of added sulphur on bottling.
The Giandòn Bianco is a lively, aromatic orange made from 100% Malvasia grapes. Beautiful fruit, savory, clean and nice tannins. Super orange! There is a nice balance of fruity (tangerine and lime) and savoury notes along with a touch of spice. yummy
